Zucchini Green Chile Cornbread

Ingredients:
wet ingredients:
1 cup of milk
2 eggs
1 cup of grated zucchini
1/4 cup Green Chiles
1/2 a large onion, diced
dry ingredients:
1 cup of flour
1 1/4 cups of cornmeal
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp of salt
4 tsp of baking powder
1 cup of shredded Manchego cheese

Instructions:
Heat the oven to 350°F and grease with Farmhouse Harissa Olive Oil and flour a loaf pan. Whisk all wet ingredients in one bowl. Sift cornmeal and flour into another bowl, add remaining dry ingredients, and mix. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool slightly before removing from the pan.
