Ingredients:
1 lb of frozen gnocchi
9 oz of cooked chicken sausage cut
into 1/4-inch-thick coins
1 pint of cherry tomatoes halved
1 oz of fresh basil thinly sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook gnocchi for 2 minutes or as directed. Drain and toss with Farmhouse Butter Olive Oil. In a 10-inch cast iron skillet over medium heat, drizzle Farmhouse Butter Olive Oil and cook sausages until browned, 2 to 3 minutes. Push sausages to the skillet edge and increase heat to high. Add tomatoes skin-side down, and cook until blistered, 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in sausage and cook until browned, about 2 minutes more. Add gnocchi and cook until combined, without breaking down tomatoes. Remove from heat, stir in basil, and season with salt and pepper.
