Ingredients:
A drizzle of Farmhouse Meyer Lemon Olive Oil for sautéing
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
¼ cup melted unsalted butter
¼ cup honey
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
¼ tsp red chili flakes
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
Instructions:
Heat a non-stick grill pan over medium-high with a drizzle of oil.
In a bowl, whisk melted butter, honey, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, garlic, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
Brush chicken with the mixture.
Cook chicken 6–8 minutes per side, basting halfway.
Transfer to a plate and drizzle with remaining honey butter.
Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
