Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs sweet potatoes, cubed
3-4 tbsp Farmhouse Butter Olive Oil
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp kosher salt
Directions:
Heat oven to 450°F. In a bowl, mix cubed sweet potatoes with Farmhouse Butter Olive Oil, salt, and pepper. Ensure even oil coating by tossing. Spread potatoes on a baking sheet in one layer for uniform cooking. Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway. Add additional seasonings if desired.
